Olen Gunnlaugson, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in Leadership & Organizational Development within the Department of Management in the Business School at Université Laval, in Quebec City, Canada. In his research over the past several years, he has been developing a new transformative leadership approach called Dynamic Presencing (www.dynamicpresencing.com).
As the focus of an upcoming book, Dynamic Presencing is an in-depth process for helping leaders, coaches, and change agents develop a more robust and sustained capacity for presencing in their work and lives. Building on the work of Theory U, through five immersive journeys Dynamic Presencing uncovers the key inner dimensions of presencing in a way that are tangible, embodied and actionable.
